We recommend a gram throw of 8 to 10g of Cappuccino Topping for a 7oz drink, that is 8 to 10g of Cappuccino Topping to 150ml of water total in the drink, or pro rata.

The Cappuccino topping is mixed with approx. 100ml of this water in the whipping chamber before the addition of the coffee and remaining water .

It is important that the Cappuccino Topping is whipped with this level of water before the coffee is added to maximise the head.
